Early in my consulting career, I learned the importance of truly listening — hearing what clients are saying, identifying their needs, and creating the best solutions. This perspective has been my most valuable tool throughout 20 years of leading complex clinical operations across global teams in healthcare and life sciences. I am excited to be part of the Beaufort team; my role is to drive excellence in our clinical operations by applying everything I have learned in my 11 years managing CRO Operations to best position the company for growth. This includes reimagining clinical operations processes, integrating new project management methodologies, and leveraging technologies and partnerships to deliver even greater results. I am a firm believer that to achieve operational excellence, as leaders, we need to foster a deep sense of collaboration and shared commitment among internal teams, external partners and our clients. This starts with investing in our people through focused training and empowerment. We are all in this together. By leveraging our combined strengths and aligning with technology, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical writing teams, we deliver the highest quality outcomes for our clients.
