Master degree of Medical Microbiology and Immunology ( By Thesis Research and Courses). Jordan University of science and technology, 1998 to 2001. Thesis research includes : 1-Study the relation between H. pylori infection and peptic ulcer, and gastric atrophy. 2- Isolation of H. pylori from gastric biopsies collected from different hospitalized patients. 3-Identification of isolates by biochemical and biotyping tests. 4-Study the effect of different antibiotics on H. pylori growth by detection of ( MIC) and ( MBC) and disc diffusion methods. 5-Study the effect of antibiotics and honey on the bacterial ultrastructure by electron microscopy. 6- Identification of microbial exotoxin by SDS PAGE and Western blotting. 7-Statistical analysis and Writting of thesis. Courses studied in Bachelor and Master degree: Advanced Medical bacteriology, Advanced Immunology, Medical Virology, tissue culture and vaccine production, Medical Parasitology, Medical Mycology, bioengineering and biotechnology, Cytogenetics, Human genetics, Advanced Biochemistry, Advanced molecular genetics. Experience in Universities; teaching for 22 years in: 1- King Faisal University: College of Applied Medical Sciences: Medical Laboratory Department: Lecturer of Medical Microbiology and Immunology;( from 2001 to 2010). 2- AlMaarefa University: College of Medicine: Basic Medical sciences Department: Lecturer of Medical Microbiology and Immunology ( Human body systems courses); 2011 till now 2024. Other responsibilities: 1- Curriculum development: Writting of Lectures objectives, Construction of Course Learning outcomes, Preparation of Exams Blueprints, Writing of MCQs including Cognitive- Skills Case based Scenarios Questions, Preparation of Assignments, teaching of Practical parts of Medical courses, Preparation of Questions for OSPE, Adding of active methods of Learning to Curriculum like Student- Centered Learning activities, SDL, seminar, and others like PBL methods, Preparation of Course Portfolio including Course Reports and the suggested Plan for Improvement of courses. 2- Head of Laboratory Improvement Committee: AlMarrefa University, College of Medicine. 3- Active Member in teaching and Learning Committee and Laboratory Committee during the College accreditation process and visits. 4- Supervisor for Medical Laboratory students during their Hospital field training programme. 5- Course Organizer for Hematopoietic - Immune system course in Medicine College; including team Leader responsibilities, cooperation with the teaching staff of the course, team working management.
