My expertise spans bid & proposal management, design development, project execution, change management, operations, strategic management, and academic research. Proficient in design delivery, stakeholder management, project appraisal and feasibility studies, market research, technical due diligence, value engineering, risk management, and lean project delivery, I excel in delivering value-driven solutions across complex projects. I have successfully provided Program and Project Management Services within the Transportation, Nuclear and Energy Transmission (Net-Zero) sectors across UK and Europe region. Additionally, I have contributed to Program Advisory services in the Middle East, focusing on advancing sustainable and transformative initiatives in the built environment. Currently, I'm part of the Regional Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team for the Middle East.
