About Nimisha Patel

The years in Molecular diagnostics lab/manufacturing (within Pharmaceuticals) as well as the years spent in Quality and Compliance and Supply Chain Excellence (within Consumer Healthcare) has allowed me to diversify and vastly expand my knowledge base. The tools and skills I've acquired over the years (including the following achievements: GreenBelt Certified, FPX Project Lead Certified, Graduate of the Shaping Talent & Accelerating Results (S.T.A.R) Program Class of 2022, and most recently 1st cohorts in 2025 completing Blackbelt Training - Project work in progress towards certification) has allowed me to continuously grow and afforded me the ability to lead and guide others. In addition, I believe people are the backbone of a Company and am very passionate about providing development and mentoring opportunities. Diversity and Inclusion is a key critical component to the success of any business which has led me to be an active advocate for Employee Resource Groups. As the North America Lead for South Asians Thriving at Kenvue, I have the privilege to lead a phenomenal team to proactively diversify and strengthen our contributions to the organization while providing value to our members. I'm passionate about people and the healthcare industry and having the opportunities to work for great companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, and now our stand alone Consumer Health Company, Kenvue, has only deepened my commitment in "Caring Fiercely."
