As a purchasing and customer support representative for an online software company, I regularly negotiate and arrange product deals, maintain client relationships, and manage complex projects. Working remotely, I utilize various software and media to ensure a seamless customer experience. With over 10 years of experience in the service industry, including serving, bartending, and shift managing, I have developed excellent customer service and time management skills. My time in the hospitality industry has prepared me to handle any situation with grace and professionalism. I also have multiple years of experience working as a legal secretary/receptionist, which has provided me with a solid foundation in legal terminology and procedures. This experience has given me strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. With my diverse skillset and extensive work history, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact in any workplace.
