I am a passionate sustainability advocate with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to success. I excel in developing and implementing strategic project plans, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative, impactful solutions. I have also led initiatives to optimize revenue cycle management, recovering millions in open accounts receivable and improving resource allocation. In my role as a board member at Amigos de Bolsa Chica, I actively contribute to the organization’s mission by driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and shaping strategic decisions that enhance community engagement. Additionally, my volunteer work with Amigos de Bolsa Chica has provided hands-on experience in habitat restoration and conservation, helping to protect endangered species and promote biodiversity in Southern California. I hold a MPS in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Unity Environmental University, as well as a Google Project Management Professional Certificate. My expertise includes project management, process optimization, environmental conservation, and stakeholder engagement. I am proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, ArcGIS, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and fluent in Mandarin.
