About Nina Ehrlund

I just started as HR Business Partner at AFRY! My previous role was HR Manager at Telia Cygate. My tasks include performance management, supporting and training managers to the philosophy and usage of our performance management process, planning and executing leader training, facilitating different work shops such as leadership development, self-leadership development, team development, DiSC-profiles, and future competence needs. I'm a contact person to occupational healthcare and working with wellbeing topics together with them and our employees. Other topics I'm working with are for instance co-operation with employee representative, employee relations, collective agreement issues, growth paths and updating instructions in our intranet from my part. Before this job I have worked as People Consultant in global team with various kinds of projects such as internal mentoring program for Future Female Leaders, M&A, performance improvement and employee relations. I have done a lot facilitations: Team Development Journeys, both Values & Purpose Workshops, Feedback & Coaching -training and People Roundtable events for instance. Before this role I have worked over 7 years as HR Manager at Telia in Finland and as cross border HR Manager. I have worked many years in different HR roles; starting from HR Specialist, then moving to HR Development Manager role and to HR Manager so I have strong and wide HR background. I’m used to continuous change and I see it is essential, I can support managers or management teams with change management. I also enjoy thinking how to do things more easily or effectively, giving better support to the managers to succeed in their roles. My passion is to facilitate workshops and coach managers and see how people grow and are able to succeed in their roles or take next steps at their career! My key strengths: facilitation, seeing the big picture, problem solving, recruiting, interviews, leadership development, team development, employee relations, performance management, change management, leading competence development, employee relations and HR policies.
