As a Psychiatric Therapist, I specialize in evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster meaningful change. My expertise include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Currently, I am in the process of completing my EMDR basic training for trauma-focused cases.
