About Nina Mack

I currently work as Executive Assistant to the Board at ERGO Group, where I’m involved in strategic projects across global marketing and investment. In this role, I collaborate closely with top management to support decision-making processes and drive initiatives that shape the company’s long-term ambitions. My academic background is in consumer behavior, branding, and identity signaling – topics I explored in depth during my time as a doctorate at the University of Münster. I’m particularly interested in how people express identity through consumption, how brands create relevance in a changing world, and how strategic marketing can bridge the gap between insight and impact. Furthermore, I have a strong interest in venture clienting models and collaborating with start-ups. I consider this as a promising approach to integrating innovative ideas and technologies into established corporate structures.
