About Nina McGregor

I am passionate about business analysis and the importance the role has on the successful outcome of projects. Working collaboratively and as a part of a team are important to me and I have experience managing and mentoring team members. I regard my biggest strength as my ability to obtain the trust and confidence of the business by demonstrating that I have understood their problems, while still challenging their assumptions and constraints. I am a qualified Accountant (BBus) and Project Manager (PMP) and have I worked as a business analyst for over 25 years. I value continuing professional development for new learnings and ways of working. I utilise my business analysis skills in the other areas of life whether it be running our whānau publishing company (Dusky Productions), writing, editing and proofreading books, coaching netball at school, club and rep level, running a netball club, umpiring for the Kapi Mana centre and community, serving on a several trusts, committees and incorporated societies, and mentoring students at Porirua College and unemployed youth through the Graeme Dingle Foundation.
