About Nina Parson

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals, coaching in career development, leadership development and performance within organisations and in private practice. I have project management experience and worked as a consultant on organisational design, development and culture change projects. I have worked with a range of organisations at different stages of maturity, advised on policy, project managed and implemented large scale process changes and provided advice on governance and best practice. I have worked with individuals at different stages of their careers, from Apprentices and Graduates to Senior Managers and Directors. I have managed large scale recruitment and selection projects across a range of roles up to director level. This has included designing selection and assessment tools and competency/strengths based interviews, conducting validity and reliability analysis of those tools. I have also sat as an independent on interview panels. By conducting in-depth psychological profiling, I am able to highlight individual strengths and capabilities, as well as areas for development and potential. I have assessed for a wide range of roles and sectors as well as a number of specialist roles including: sales, engineering, finance, technology and legal. I have worked in talent development identifying key individuals and shaping the talent pipeline. Passionate about inclusion in the workplace I take a person centred holistic approach enabling greater inclusivity at work. When Co-Chair of the BPS DOP Neurodiversity and Workplace Committee, along with my colleagues we sought to improve standards of practice, provide guidance and networking opportunities to support psychologists working in this field. I have also sat on Social Values and DE & I committees to drive inclusion and the senior sponsor for the establishment of an neuroinclusion ERG. As a consultant, I have worked on diversity projects and assessment of neurodiversity, as well as workplace needs assessments and projects assessing the work environment. I am comfortable working in a virtual environment and have many years experience conducting interviews, assessments and coaching remotely. I am security cleared.
