About Ninad Hatkar

As a Tech Lead with over 14+ years of diverse experience in the IT industry, I have honed my skills in leading and architecting cutting-edge solutions across multiple domains. With expertise in Java (SpringBoot, Struts) and JavaScript (Node.js), I have consistently delivered high-quality, scalable software solutions. Currently, at AirAsia, I am leading the development of the OTA platform built on a microservices architecture using SpringBoot and Next.js. My responsibilities include designing high-level and low-level architectures, migrating legacy systems, and ensuring system stability by monitoring error logs and improving performance. I work extensively with a tech stack that includes Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, PubSub, BigQuery, and JMeter. At Contentstack, I led a team of 9 engineers, designed new tools, and contributed to open-source projects. I played a critical role in integrating third-party applications, automating workflows, and building CLI platforms. I also contributed to the development of SDKs and API docs, while working with customers to solve complex architectural problems. Over the years, I have accumulated significant experience in service orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). My passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and working on innovative projects has driven me to excel in every role. I enjoy mentoring teams, solving challenging problems, and ensuring that our solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
