Background & Achievements- Worked with global leaders like Alfa Laval, Oatly, Tetra Pak, and GPI in engineering and project management capacities- Successfully managed projects encompassing new customers (to the client), product development, technology development, new/expanding factories, and supply chain- Consistently navigated challenges such as coordinating large internal and external project teams, addressing frequent scope changes, political landscapes, reconciling opposing stakeholder interests, and managing intricate subproject dependencies.
