I'm currently working as a Kitchen School Trainer at IKEA Jönköping, where I lead the onboarding and development of new and existing co-workers — helping them grow into confident, customer-focused kitchen specialists. My role combines hands-on training, sales coaching, and product education, all with the goal of delivering great customer experiences and strong business results. With a background spanning management roles in manufacturing, regional sales, and entrepreneurship, I bring a multi-talented and results-driven mindset to everything I do. I’m detail-oriented, passionate about personal growth — both mine and others' — and energized by helping people unlock their full potential. I believe learning should be engaging, clear, and purposeful. That’s why my long-term goal is to continue developing impactful sales and training tools that drive performance and support business growth — ideally within a forward-thinking company that values people development as much as I do. Outside of work, I’m a curious traveler who sees every challenge as an opportunity, and every day as a chance to grow.
