He also served as operations and technical manager for a $60 million investment casting plant specializing in Directionally Solidified (D.S.) and Single Crystal (SX) castings. Author Nip is the Co-author of the best-selling book, Be a Warrior in Business, and has authored numerous technical and white papers for leading organizations, including ICI USA, BICTA, EICF, and CFA, as well as industry magazines and trade associations. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
