About Nir Magol

I am an experienced senior operations person with a proven history of success in high-level positions in a leading company in the renewable energy market. As the head of the operations division, I managed the daily activities of a wide variety of large projects spanning various industries and requiring the participation of several internal teams alongside contractors and external consultants. As such, I am required to demonstrate a high degree of responsibility and ability on a daily basis and have done so non-stop for almost 10 years. After several years in the field, I demonstrate refined skills in multiple areas of reinforcement, operations and logistics, including corporate procurement, supply chain, supply management, strategic planning, budget management, process improvements, quality assurance and data analysis. I managed an extensive procurement and supply system consisting of a large array of contractors and suppliers who provide services and technologies that assist in the completion of large building and construction projects. As a function of this, I manage many employees and negotiate business terms with hundreds of external contractors and suppliers while ensuring that all activities comply with national, regional and international standards and regulations. In my current position I am also required to demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills. This includes closely leading change management initiatives while implementing process improvements and strategic plans to improve the company's productivity and performance while retaining employees and maintaining a positive work environment. I have a passion for learning and am always looking to grow professionally and personally. I have a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering - Holon Institute of Technology, MBA. I am looking to learn, grow and advance my career in the position of Chief Operating Officer.
