Ensuring that the production is cost effective & minimize inventory risk by controlling zero down time, minimize waste, dead moving and rework. Estimation of maintenance cost and evaluation of alternatives. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. Calculating OEE, Analyzing, finding root cause & resolving it with management concurrence. To lead the maintenance team to serve production and sales team. Minimize Plant Downtime by proper allocation of manpower and resources. Planning and execution of plant maintenance schedule. Cost benefits analysis in case new machinery needs to be procured to reduce the down time / change-over time. Maintaining daily work log book, machine history card, and daily check sheet of machines. Involvement in training 5S, Kaizen and planned maintenance. Prepare Monthly MIS-Reports for facilitating decision making for the management. Leading the team member for 5s, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke and Cost Saving. To plan for Zero accident for Safety, Health and Environment by provide training and manage excellent maintenance system. To ensure operation run smoothly and comply with Government Regulation Conducted successfully ISO 9001:2015 audit as well as re-certification audit. Organizing and handling meetings.
