I am an Operations & Programme Lead at Trampoline NH C.I.C, a social enterprise that promotes and supports community entrepreneurship by providing business incubation support to aspiring entrepreneurs from traditionally underserved communities. In this role, I oversee the day-to-day operations and coordinate the delivery of various programmes, such as training, mentoring, networking, and funding opportunities, to our clients and partners. I have over 2 years of experience in the education and training industry, where I have developed and facilitated effective soft skills and professional development training to diverse audiences. I have also helped establish business incubation centres in multiple academic institutions, providing career support services and campus placement services to students and graduates. I hold an MSc in International Business Management from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to positively impact individuals and communities. I am a proactive team player who is always looking for ways to contribute to my team's and organisation's success. I have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which enable me to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including freelance trainers and coaches, to develop high-quality training materials and facilitation guides. I am also adept at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can adapt to changing needs and priorities.
