I am a PhD researcher at the University of Twente, working on advancing the circular economy for used lithium-ion batteries through smart manufacturing and AI-driven solutions. My work focuses on developing risk assessment models, evaluating non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, and creating AI-based State of Health (SOH) prediction frameworks for second-life battery applications. I also design multi-criteria decision models and smart disassembly strategies to enable efficient potential circular ReX options of batteries from pack to cell level.
