Participation From Project end during Shell LOD 1, LOD 2 and LOD 3 HSSE audits. Successfully lead and complete Asset capitalization after completion of project. Responsible for developing and managing key stakeholder relationships internally, EPCM team and other external third-party entities such as Engr Project Management Company (EPMC), Contractors and pro-actively communicate with them in order to deliver project within timelines and cost. Proven track record of implementing best practices and continuous improvement elements such as application of Replication & Standardization and Efficient Execution to improve Project Capital Efficiency. Escalate unresolved and systemic issues to Design Standards Manager/ Engineer Manager / Program Manager for a quick solution. Soft influencing skills, active listening skills, drive performance through the Contract Management Plan and skills in managing complex stakeholders through technical argumentation. Supporting the delivery of consistent and appropriate cost management structures/tools/processes for Capital and expense Projects throughout all the phases. Oil and Gas process plant (Offshore and Onshore Process Plant) maintenance and operations Annual rate contract, Successfully managed (From Procurement to commissioning). Review and audit the Material procurement timelines developed by the EPCM for smooth project execution /commissioning and ensure PR / PO / GR’s and Invoice are correctly reflected for Assets in the GSAP system.
