About Niraj Masand

I started my career in real estate working with individual investors to make sensible real estate investments, end users to buy their homes, and companies to find the best-suited commercial spaces. But as Dubai grew, so did my role. Over time, I’ve started working more closely with institutions (developers, landowners, funds, and corporates). The focus now is on structuring partnerships, building sales ecosystems, acquiring land, and developing full portfolios of income-generating assets for corporates. Today, institutional clients represent more than 90% of my portfolio- With developers, I step in with Developer 360, a white-label model where my team builds and runs their sales, marketing, and admin functions for the sale of their projects- I enable landowners to partner with credible developers to bring their projects to life and vice versa- I support institutions holding large property portfolios in selling, leasing, and managing those assets- With funds, I assist in acquiring schools, hotels, office buildings, and other income-generating properties that deliver recurring returns. Through all of this, I’ve also built a strong network of channel partners; other brokerage firms that represent projects under my umbrella, ensuring developers see market reach skyrocket without the headache of juggling countless relationships. While my personal focus is institutional, my team at Artha Realty continues to assist private buyers with property investments, ensuring they benefit from our experience in navigating payment plans, market cycles, and high-value opportunities.
