About Niraj Tiwari
It's been more than 11 years of my yoga journey and it wasn't just limited to passion or career in yoga, but much more than that which changed my perception towards people, health, culture etc. I am more inclined towards yoga asanas not only for my Physical well being, but healing and de-stressing my mental and spiritual levels too.This all made me calm and steady, and i found my day to day life sufferings and negativity was disappearing as with body and mind connection. It gave me a lot of understanding and far more respect for our indian yogic tradition, culture and ayurveda, and with coming years as a yoga teacher i got lots of opportunity to help and heal our society through various centres and studios and to take yoga to another level, which is still going on. I can't divide myself from my practice - I am the asana, and the asana is me.
