About Niraj Vaidya

My friends describe me as a consummate storyteller and someone passionate about Fintech and banking. Having spent over 23 years in the banking and technology space, mostly with sleeves rolled up, I think I would agree and concede to this.My journeys across geographies (APAC, MEA, EUROPE), involving Technology, Consulting, and Banking, has led me to a fortunate space where I get to involve with something fascinating: Banks and Fintechs -battling the disruptions that are led by technology, Digital Transformations and adoption of AI/ML, Blockchain and challenges alike. What's most exciting is being on the side that solves these challenges, and partnering with the leaders and CxOs who are at the forefront in this battle in the banking world. In my current role, I bring my leadership experience in handling People, Process, Technology, Budgets, Customers, Sales, and Business Development to the fore and own the top-line growth.Currently heading Consulting business for banking and financial services industry across a territory of 22 countries in Europe and CIS for Oracle’s Financial Services Global Unit.As an activist for transformational change- anything that involves re-inventing, re-imagining, pushes me to the peak of my energy.Wanna collaborate? Do not hesitate to inbox me!PS : I love teaching, writing and regularly show up for guest lectures for MBA students and events on evolving technologies and its adoption. I talk on Digital Banking, AI/ML, Blockchain, Fintech collaboration etc, by deriving from the learnings and stories of successes of my clients.
