Over the past 9+ years, I’ve worn many hats—corporate professional, foundation founder, audit associate, and lifelong student of finance and leadership. Currently, I serve as Deputy Manager at LIC Housing Finance Ltd, where I focus on credit appraisal, account management, and cross-functional problem solving. I’ve grown through the ranks, starting as an Assistant Manager, and have built a strong track record in credit management, taxation, and leadership across diverse teams and regions. I also founded HELPS FOUNDATION, a Section 8 company with a mission to give back to society—because making an impact doesn’t have to wait for retirement. We focus on grassroots education, awareness, and empowerment, and this work fuels my deeper sense of purpose.
