Driving an incident to resolution through support engagement utilizing paging system and/or on call schedules. Documenting key actions and events during the conference call. • Notifying senior leadership includes clients and internal stake holders of current status and impact via email. • Ensure proper escalations procedures are followed to make sure right people are engaged. • Vetting significant incidents reported to the Major Incident Management team to ensure the proper priority is assigned and correct business impact is documented. • Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process • Point of contact for all Major Incidents [i.e. disruption to the business which requires separate procedures with shorter timelines and greater urgency] • Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected • Identify, initiate, schedule and conduct incident reviews. Ensure the closure of all incidents post end user confirmation. • Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable • Responsible handling MIO bridges [Outage & Sanity] • Sending out the MINT [Major Incident Notification Tool/Template] notifications to all respective stake holders on hourly for all CRITICAL priority incidents.
