Hi! Thanks for taking a moment to visit my profile! I am a graduate of Cambrian College, currently seeking exposure in Human Resources. I'd like to thank my college,"The Cambrian," where I was able to learn many new skills. My presentation skills have improved significantly, boosting my confidence to a whole new level. The assignments and case studies were relatable, making it interesting to find solutions. Like completing a puzzle by putting the pieces together, I’m delighted to say that I have become much more professional, aspiring to make it to the top of the pyramid in Human Resources. My latest experience in HR was during a two-month internship at Pace.global, where I served as an Admin/Communications Assistant. Given the limited time frame, I aimed to learn as much as possible, taking the initiative whenever I could. The company responded positively to my efforts. By the end of the internship, I had worked with four departments: Human Resources (creation of job descriptions and consent forms), Digital Marketing (posted over 160 social media posts across three platforms), Sales (conducted sales outreach with leadership members and handled CRM), and Project Management (oversaw project deployment and made adjustments to the project plan). I’m deeply grateful to the company for providing me with a broader learning experience than just one position in HR could offer. I currently work as a Team Lead for the appetizers line (Tapas) at Respect is Burning, an Italian restaurant located in Sudbury. Words can't express how much this organization has contributed to my personal and professional journey. I discovered my passion here. I love cooking, hospitality, good company, and sharing special moments with the people we care about. Meeting the owner, Rob Gregorini, has been a turning point in my life, as he made me realize that it's possible to achieve what people generally perceive as impossible. I now aspire to build an eco-luxury hotel someday, aiming to bring all the aspects I care about, together at one place. I'm sure it will come true – I've been proven that anything is possible if you work towards it. Working as the lead helped me develop many other qualities, such as attention to detail, team management, being a team player, adapting to change, and working under pressure. I now firmly believe that the best is yet to come, because the truth is."the best is yet to come!"
