Currently Working as senior officer electrical in TATA STEEL UISL, JAMSHEDPUR ( Dec 2022 - present )-Manage installation and commissioning of Power/Distribution transformers, HT/LT panels, PLCs, HT/LT motors, HT/LT Breaker,VFD etc, ensuring timely installation and testing of all electrical equipment at site- Experience in understanding the technical specifications of PLC subassemblies like Power supply, Controller, IO cards, interconnections, field device specs etc. to perform cable scheduling, cable laying for site execution- Power Cable laying for construction & permanent power of various project sites- Inspection of electrical items at manufacturer’s works prior dispatch- Development of smooth commissioning plan along with process team- Strictly adherence to quality and safe execution of job- Well conversant with CEA Guidelines and Electrical safety applicable for Industries- Oversee project activities, work out various requirements, and monitor overall project execution to ensure timely and safe completion- Basic knowledge in SAP- Efficiently handled vendor and client billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments. Previously worked at Quess Corp Ltd on-site UAIL ( Hindalco group) from July 2020- Nov-2022- Operation and Maintenance of Substation equipments including issuing safety work permits, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Shutdown jobs etc- Conducted routine inspections and maintenance of transformers ( HT/LT), motors (HT/LT), VFDs, HT/LT Panels, ESP and breakers to ensure operational efficiency and reliability- Maintained accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance records- Having knowledge in relay co-ordination.
