Hi there, my name's Niranjan! I am a PMP and work as a Project Engineer in Training at Mondi Hinton Inc.(MHI) My background is in mechanical engineering and I am always looking for new connections that will further my professional and personal development as a mechanical engineer and project manager. My current role is hybrid of both a Project Manager and a Mechanical EIT, specializing in projects related to major mill expansion, material handling, water treatment, and facility maintenance. My main focus is acting as the Balance of Plant Manager for Project Husky, a publicly announced expansion at MHI to install a new paper machine and associate site upgrades. For other projects, I oversee project development, execution, closing, and time/cost management. I also have proven experiences in the aerospace, automotive, robotics, and oil/gas industries. I have thorough experience in reliability and mechanical/fluid design. I am an enthusiastic, sociable, organized, and determined future Professional Engineer who has honed additional skills such as: condition monitoring (lubrication, vibration, ultrasound, IR), 3D design (SolidWorks, CATIA V6), computational fluid dynamics (STAR-CCM+), and data analysis (MATLAB, Excel, Power BI) to complement my assortment of refined interpersonal skills.
