Born in India & Raised by the World - I love to co-create experiences for better tomorrow. I always dreamt of joining the Indian Army & serving the country and its people. A freak accident at sixteen meant it was not to be. My passion for management and economics gravitated me to a career in Accounting, Audit & Corporate Finance. The yearning to learn something new and challenge the status quo was constant. This yearning led me to discover my love to co-create experiences that unlock value with right mix of people, process & technology. Since then my career lattice has been an amazing journey across 5 continents- Exposed to: transformative private equities, market leading consumer brands, innovative digital business platforms, omni-channel customer experiences & global consulting companies - Excited from: building high performing and engaged teams at global corporates & growing scale-ups - Experienced in: thought & delivery leadership - with global C-level business partnering & stakeholder management; with digital business transformation, post merger integrations & carve-outs, operational excellence; with implementation of enterprise software like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle & FourthShift; with establishing and operationalizing global IT functions with captive & outsourcing flavors; with relentless simplification, rationalization & cost optimization focusing on tangible value creation- Enriched by: niche technology for Data & Analytics, E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Robotics, Blockchain, Industry X.0 and Integrating middleware- Enhanced from: partnering with extremely smart & diverse people, memorable failures & successes and continuously evolving business & technology dynamics in a VUCA world. The journey so far has taught me to be - Purpose led, People focused, Practical & pragmatic. It has strengthened belief in my Core Values of - Integrity, Respect & Excellence. My dream to serve the country & its people (but now beyond borders) is reflected via sponsoring education for kids from lower income backgrounds, participating in initiatives towards a sustainable planet & as a member of Tsunami relief team in 2004. The yearning to learn something new & challenge the status quo is constant.Even to this day!
