About Nirank Jadhav

As a project planning expert, I develop and execute comprehensive project plans for complex and high-profile infrastructure projects. Currently, I am an Assistant Manager at KEC International Ltd, where I work in the Planning and Billing department for the MMRDA Line 2B Metro Track Project in Mumbai. I oversee the coordination of critical track works, including BT and BLT, using project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. I also manage monthly tracking of project progress against planned milestones, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions. I have a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from NICMAR, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques. I have also obtained certifications in Construction Management and Six Sigma, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. My goal is to leverage my expertise in project planning and coordination to contribute to the successful delivery of challenging and impactful projects that enhance urban transportation and connectivity.
