Currently, I am redefining brand advocacy as the Chief Referrer at Vouch, where we empower passionate customers—our “Champions”—to become trusted advocates for the brands they love. At Vouch, we simplify the advocacy process by enabling Champions to share authentic product insights, attract new customers, and provide valuable feedback. By fostering community engagement and streamlining referral processes, we help brands build stronger, more loyal customer bases while turning everyday customers into influential voices. My journey has been one of relentless innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. As a serial entrepreneur, I’ve co-founded and scaled startups across diverse industries, including EdTech, automotive services, and hospitality solutions, achieving milestones such as: Building ventures that surpassed $1M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) Leading operations in 250+ locations nationwide, impacting thousands of lives Pioneering transformative technologies, including microservices-based LMS platforms and mobile-first solutions Before Vouch, I served as the Chief Business Officer at Veranda Learning, a leading EdTech company, where I drove strategic growth, optimized costs by 40%, and led one of India’s largest EdTech platforms. My background also includes founding and scaling startups like Olimpio and Pitstop, as well as a tenure at Flipkart, where I honed my analytical and operational skills. An IIT-Kanpur alumnus, I combine technical rigor with creative problem-solving to build solutions that bridge gaps and redefine possibilities.
