About Nirav Joshi

I have more than 11 years of experience in the field of Rehabilitation. I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master in Musculoskeletal and Sport Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. I moved to UAE in 2016 and joined a private Home Care Company where I worked closely with Emirati patients. I am registered with Health Authority of Abu Dhabi and The Indian Association of Physiotherapist. I always focus on Evidence Based Rehabilitation Practice. I use Manual Therapy, Exercise Medicine, MRP, CIMT etc. as an EBP tools in Musculoskeletal and Neurological Rehabilitation. I update myself with latest research in the field of Rehabilitation with platforms like Cochrane Database and PEDRO. My key areas of interest include Rehabilitation in orthopedic surgeries including Joint replacement, Sports injuries management especially of Knee and Shoulder joints, and Spine dysfunctions management. My key areas of expertise include Manual Therapy, Kinesio taping and Evidence Based Rehabilitation Practice. I believe in ‘Listen and Understand the Patient’ and ‘Patient-Centered’ approach. I believe that Rehabilitation is a learning process that never ends. I am passionate to deliver State of Art Rehabilitation and providing better quality life to all my patients.
