I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for the post Company Secretary, Legal and Governance. I strongly feel that I have the desired qualifications and abilities that you are looking for in a candidate. I am Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an Professional Institute constituted under an act by Parliament for Governance Professionals. Further, I have completed Chartered Secretary course and am also Member of the Chartered Governance Institute-UK. I have 11 years’ experience of working as Company Secretary in Government Company as well as Private Listed Company (Listed on Stock Exchanges) in India. I have an good exposure of various Consortium Debt Financing, Shareholders' Agreements, Joint Ventures, various other Commercial Agreements. I am also aware of the various rules and regulations of the Stock Exchanges, Regulatory Authorities Regulations for controlling related party transactions, disclosure required to be made by the Company from time time in public domain etc. I have experience of conducing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Shareholders Meetings etc. at Organization (Company Level).
