For more than 15 years, Mr. Nirav has had a distinguished journey consulting global clients on Corporate Structures and Governance, Family asset holding structures and has served as a specialist in providing strategic inputs to organizations. A hands-on C-Suite Executive with an excellent track record in managing customer relationships, engaging teams, driving and delivering extraordinary results with utmost transparency. He has a proven track record of advising HNI’s in various cross-border transactions concerning domestic and international tax regulations. Mr. Nirav is attributed to set up strategic Corporate Holding structures compliant in multiple tax jurisdictions, evaluating new business and potential investment opportunities, and providing strategic Inputs and reviews for businesses in managing compliance structures. He has also held a Senior Managerial position at KPMG India, advising clients in international tax structuring and finance.
