As a Quality Analyst at Verka, I ensure that the dairy products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. I conduct tests, inspections, and audits, and report any issues or non-compliances to the management. I also contribute to the improvement of quality processes and procedures, and collaborate with other departments to resolve any quality-related problems. With a M.Tech in Food Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University, I have a strong background in food science and technology, as well as research and innovation. I have worked as a Research Assistant at the Central Citrus Research Institute under ICAR, where I participated in various projects on citrus cultivation, processing, and value addition. I have also completed a six-month training at Coca-Cola, where I gained hands-on experience in beverage production and quality assurance. I am an enthusiastic learner, a meticulous attention to detail, and a good communicator. I am passionate about food technology and quality management, and I aim to apply my skills and knowledge to enhance the quality and safety of food products and services. I am always eager to learn new techniques and methods, and to expand my professional network and opportunities.
