About Niro Sritharan

With over 10 years of experience in learning and development, I am a CIPD accredited practitioner who is passionate about creating and delivering blended learning solutions that enhance organisational performance and growth. I am currently a manager in the People Advisory Services team at EY, where I work with clients across various sectors to understand their learning and development strategies and provide them with tailored and effective learning interventions. As a learning and development expert, I have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, identifying and addressing learning needs, designing and facilitating engaging learning events, and coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. I also have a strong leadership and management background, having led and managed teams of learning and development professionals and projects in previous roles. I am commercially astute, self-motivated, and driven by personal and organisational success.
