SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS; • Oct.10th, 2023: acting as CFT Director to manage over all 8 groups of Customer in Celestica Thailand, with having direct report 14 Managers from a total of 78 staffs in both major of “Program Admin/Customer Support Team” and “Material Planning Team”. • Accountable for P&L on the Account that have to establish the Financial target numbers, i.e. Yearly Revenue, Inventory profile, MVA Target, EBIAT, etc. • Determine the Strategy for the Account to achieve the Yearly Plan and P&L and work closely with Operations (Production and Engineering) in order to manage on TPS cost for achieve the P&L plan in general and any unexpected situations. • To digest the Demand and Forecast from Customer for determining as Revenue Plan for site Management Level and Corporate Team, and also plan for Inventory Ending to align with the Corp. Target, by Inventory Turns and DOS (Day of Supply). • To response on all any Customer requirement as a focal person who represent for the Company. • There are 2 groups as direct subordinate, “Program Administration” (Customer Services group) and “Material Planning Group”, There are 2 Managers of each report to me directly and with Staffs who graduated from University and Clerks in the CFT Organization. • Initiate and determine the internal target/direction/solution for both team of “Program Administrator team” and “Raw Material Planning Team” for alight with the Company target, and support /meet requirement of customer with satisfaction. • to response for customer by working together with PCE (Product Cost Engineer) Team, and Sourcing team on response for BOM Cost (Mass Production Cost), NPI:(New Product Introduce), and Quarterly Re-Pricing • manage on escalation issue between customer and factory, and also day-to-day issue, etc. • experience as a “Production Planning Manager” who do micromanage and station inside of the Contract Manufacturing Factory. • good cooperation skills and aggressive in work for the results with “can-do” attitude, and a sense of emergency. • good interpersonal skills, communication, coordination, team player and Leadership. • service minded, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, organizing, initiative, planning, Execution. • ability to work effectively under pressure and multiple tasks. • good computer skills Microsoft Office, SAP (ERP system). • good command of written and spoken English.
