I am a final-stage PhD researcher in Soft Matter, Food Physics and Physical Chemistry at Wageningen University and Research, preparing to defend my thesis in November 2025: “From Protein Dense Droplets to Functional Ingredients: Designing Scalable Plant Protein Particles Through Phase Separation.” My work bridges science and strategy: I have developed scalable, resource-efficient methods to transform lab-scale protein innovations into robust industrial processes, applying Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC principles to address bottlenecks and unlock efficiency. Scaling technologies from TRL 3 to 6–7 and simplifying workflows for industry adoption. Beyond academia, I bring consulting-style and entrepreneurial experience: Designed a cost-effective cold storage facility in India using repurposed assets. Troubleshot bakery and ingredient manufacturing processes, safeguarding key accounts and restoring product quality. Supported SMEs in audit readiness, documentation, and repositioning strategies, driving measurable growth. Delivered 40+ industry-facing white papers, bridging technical insights with market strategy. Built Python-based digital twins and automated HACCP checks, reducing manual workload.
