About Nischal Srinivas

Product led growth is about using your product and your product data to convert prospects, retain users, and expand customers.” ~ Eric BoduchMy journey into product management was anything but traditional. I began as a tech support specialist, troubleshooting high-performance systems, which taught me the value of empathy and clear communication. I then co-founded an e-commerce platform, where I built products from scratch, scaled operations, and learned the intricacies of customer behavior and market dynamics firsthand.Today, I'm a Product Manager at Tekion, where I lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered SaaS platforms that have helped generate over $100M in ARR. From launching our Open API module to delivering CRM features that doubled market share, my focus is always on blending strategy with user insight to create scalable solutions. My prior experience at Instahyre sharpened my skills in customer success and data-driven retention strategies, laying a strong foundation for building sticky, high-impact products. My approach is deeply rooted in first-principles thinking and agile execution. I believe in putting the customer voice at the heart of product strategy, leveraging data to inform decisions, and building features that scale with precision and purpose.
