About Nisha Baid

As a Senior Consultant at EY, I work with clients from various sectors to provide data-driven solutions and automation strategies that enhance their performance and efficiency. I have around five years of experience in Management consulting and have focussed mainly around developing EY's proprietary tools around Organization Design, Organization Mapping, Talent Planning and Workforce Transformation. I have been working with clients from different industries like GPS, Healthcare, IT, Education, Retail, FMCG, etc to help them restructure their organization and track synergies. I have used tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, Talend, etc to provide data-driven insights to my clients undergoing Transformation/Transaction and helped them plan their future state effectively.I have setup and managed "Managed services" team at EY generating over a revenue of $5M per year and scaled up the team, supporting 10+ EY proprietary tool and their implementation, maintenance and client support. I have also led various strategic initiatives at the firm around "Innovation Enablement" to be able to develop new solutions that can improve our current practices and can also be sold in the market. Currently, I am focussed on building a Center of Excellence team which would be based out of EY "Global Delivery Services" to be able to implement solutions and deliver the work directly to the client with improved margins for the entire practice. I have also been involved with scaling up EY's Organization and Workforce Transformation oriented Technology and manage the client delivery, and feedback. I work very closely with our Technology team to develop new features, push those into UAT and manage the product upgrades/releases. I have also been supporting the development of new platforms/solutions at EY which would support end-to-end flow of Workforce Planning.
