Hi, I'm Nisha I am currently employed at Richardson Wealth as the Human Resources Intern. I recently completed my postgraduate Human resource certificate at George Brown college. I have graduated from Brock University with my bachelor of arts in Psychology. I am a passionate student who loves the both the business and people side of the work force. I have previous job experience working in the fast-food industry. I have been with the McDonald's Franchise since 2016 and have been a Manager since 2018. This position has helped me strengthen my leadership, organization and communication skills. I have had many opportunities to grow teambuilding skills and problem-solving skills both in a practical work setting and on the soccer field. In my free time, you can find me on the soccer field or hanging out with my family and friends. I have a passion for organizing and leading people, which I get to do regularly in my part-time job and on the field. I am a proud Brock scholar student for four consecutive years. I also have many useful certifications including being certified in first aid, health and safety and have my food handlers.
