A passionate, innovative and self-motivated food technologist with four years of experience in the research and development function with an interest in New Product Development and modifying the existing products (have worked on fruit based raw materials for dairy and beverage, tailor-made products, nutrition and health supplements, spray dried products (viz fat powders, infant feed, fat feed powders etc). Sensory evaluation, documentation, and a significant knowledge and understanding about functions of Food Ingredients were acquired over the period.
