Dedicated, results-oriented Manager, with over 22 years of progressive real-world experience and leadership. Passionate about working with schools on a broad spectrum of issues related with paradigm change in teaching learning - handled whole school development, leadership enhancement programs and teacher workshops across India and South Asia. Believer in transformation in education and excited by the prospect and potential of deploying emerging technologies & innovative methodologies particularly in lesser served sectors where it can be leveraged to jump shift education standards. Working in schools with technology made me realize the vulnerability of children in the Online Domain. Shifted my work focus to promoting safety and wellbeing of children and youth on Social Media by collaborating with governments, technology organizations, civil society, multilaterals for advocating the Online Cause. Connecting with children and youth, understanding their challenges, apprehensions and also smart approaches to managing their online profiles, helped in designing and conducting Online Safety Campaigns for millennial and also their care givers. Developing and managing #StaySafe Online Community of over fans gives helps in connecting with young minds across geographies. A core online safety evangelist at heart, my learnings and efforts are concentrated towards making Internet a Safer Place for our children and youth.
