About Nisha Halai

MA Transpersonal Arts Counsellor / Creative Arts Practitioner, for Health & Wellbeing I have come to realise that we all have a birthright to recognise, cultivate and embody both our creative powers and our digestive forces that naturally promote Health and Wellbeing when utilised consciously and lovingly. Rooted in anthroposophical principles, my work is to support myself and others to regenerate their creative ecosystems, through the awareness of how diverse uses of art-making can transform the self and our society in personal, cultural and spiritual ways. As an artist and counsellor, I invite people to honour the process of creating and digesting inner imagery, beliefs and meaning… by perceiving dynamic ‘bridges’ between body and mind, soul and spirit, between self and other, between natural science and spiritual science, between thinking and willing, future and past. Art Therapy is the involvement in the Art of Life, with a healing intention. The art-making process contains the therapy and serves all Life. I have been working with a diverse range of groups, to create a harmonious environment, for self-exploration through integrative arts processes that harmonise the body, mind and soul.
