About Nisha K.

My biggest strength comes from my multidisciplinary background. As an experienced marketer, graphic designer, and startup cofounder, I can dive deep into creativity while staying laser focused on process and strategy. Co-founding Balodana, the first online marketplace for sustainable, custom-made women’s clothing, taught me how all of the moving pieces of a business work together and how important each one is to a healthy bottom line. I am able to birth a brand and marketing strategy and nurture them through phases of growth and evolution, always looking to data (and yes, some creative intuition), as my guide. I intend to continue my trend of contributing to businesses with a strong, socially-conscious mission and a real sense of purpose.
