Whether it’s a participant half marathon or participant robotics tournament weekend, I thrive at orchestrating moving parts, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations. I’ve built a track record of solving problems with both creativity and precision. Before stepping into program leadership, I earned a B.E. in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, took a career break to raise my twins, and did independent projects in digital marketing and content creation – skills that I now use to enhance operations, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
