About Nisha Riley

I am a Senior Budget Analyst with unique experiences working with financial and economic analysis, affordable housing, and community development. I work for the Seattle Housing Authority as a senior budget analyst with the central budgeting team. I manage department level budgets, finances, and block grants, develop multi-million dollar forecasts, and create and administer the annual budget process. I create financial data visualisations and easily consumable data models, and I have experience presenting and communicating the implications of my analysis. Through my work as a senior budget analyst, I support and promote the goals of the Seattle Housing Authority to improve the state of affordable housing in the City of Seattle. I am passionate about my work, my organization, and my community.
