I am a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) graduate with a strong foundation in software development, data handling, and project management. Over the course of my academic and project-based experiences, I’ve developed skills in Python, C++, HTML, CSS, MySQL. While my technical background has shaped my analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities, I’ve also discovered a deep interest in Human Resource Management—particularly in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and training & development. My technical skills allow me to bring a data-driven and process-oriented approach to HR practices, with the ability to understand HRIS systems, automation tools, and recruitment platforms with ease. I am currently enhancing my HR knowledge through real-world exposure and relevant certifications, while actively seeking opportunities in HR where I can contribute to organizational culture and talent strategy. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between people and processes, and I am eager to grow in a role where I can apply both my tech skills and people-first mindset to create impact.
