About Nisha Varma

As an experienced Member and Employer Services Team Leader at Brighter Super my key responsibilities include recruitment, training and motivating a close-knit team of Member Services Specialists who handle interactions from members via various channels including voice, web chat and face to face. I am passionate about coaching, developing and inspiring my team to be the absolute best they can be in delivering an outstanding customer experience, every minute of every day on every interaction. My role has included significant input into the development and administration of a tailored Quality Management Framework, setting and monitoring critical KPIs, designing meaningful reporting to track and measure my team’s performance and proactively contributing and implementing significant process improvement in the fast-paced, exciting and rapidly changing Superannuation industry. I particularly enjoy developing my strategic thinking and my focus extends beyond my immediate team by seeking to ensure that my goals, and those of my team, also support the broader strategies and objectives of my organisation. Some of my greatest assets, which have driven me to achieve success in both my current and previous roles, are my positive attitude, enthusiasm, strong work ethic and instilling a sense of fun in my team and my workplace.
