About NISHANT KAUSHAL

Born and brought up in simple & middle-class Indian family has pursued the Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and subsequently did certification course in Mechanical Product Designing & Drafting in 3D software. Winning several awards for projects during degree motivated to build the professional career in same path. During Internship got a chance to work as Junior Engineer in PA Project Pvt Ltd at Jindal Steel & Power Limited India in 2013. Explored the various aspects of project and worked in its practical implementation at ground level that starts from the concept design. Got another chance to work as Intern-Engineer at “National Thermal Power Corporation Limited” India in 2014 and work for the design & development of the thermal equipment’s. Started Carrier as “Solution Design Engineer” in Indian Industry at Holisol Logistics Pvt Ltd India in 2016. In 3 Years of carrier got elevated from Fabrication designer to Design Engineer and to Solution Design Engineer. Every designation of career had significant impact on the professional experience and growth. The extraordinary performance and achievement surpassing all objectives at all stages was awarded and appreciated. Good work extraordinary relationship with Internal & External customers was on peak during 2017-18 which leads to certain bold decisions to bring in revolution to Indian Industry in 2018 Stacus Solution Pvt. Ltd was incorporated with similar skilled friend who severed similar industry with good & successful track record. Company has started growing month after month in sales and developed few brands. For 1st year the growth achieved was 100% though the growth wasn’t the objective but to achieve value and did achieved value objective and grown 360 degree. Today Company is an established name in the field of Returnable Transport Packaging in Southern India. Further more to spread wings of Company Newer Products and territory expansion is being planned to capture a min 5% market share in other zones of country which has immense potential and sustainable outcome with strategic move and execution. To way forward we are planning and developing strategies to gain more profitable revenue generation and employee's benefit.
